Throughout my experience, I have gained valuable insights that have shaped me as an educator. I learned the importance of understanding my students' behavior and language, as it helps bridge communication gaps and fosters meaningful connections. Building relationships with students creates a sense of trust, allowing me to better understand their needs and personalities. Collaboration with fellow teachers was also crucial, as their guidance and support helped me navigate unfamiliar challenges and maximize my potential. Additionally, I realized the importance of flexibility and creativity in teaching. While I initially preferred structured plans, I quickly learned that adaptability is essential in addressing students' diverse responses and unexpected situations. By being open to change and integrating students' interests into lessons, I was able to create a more engaging and effective learning experience. Most importantly, I embraced new experiences and challenges despite my initial fears, recognizing that stepping out of my comfort zone is essential for personal and professional growth.
Moving forward, I aim to improve my creativity in designing lesson plans that cater to diverse learners, making learning both engaging and thought-provoking. Exploring different teaching strategies, seeking inspiration, and gathering feedback from mentors will help me refine this skill. Additionally, I want to enhance my flexibility to adapt to students' ever-changing needs, classroom dynamics, and unexpected challenges. By staying open to feedback and embracing innovative approaches, I can create a more responsive and supportive learning environment.

My university experience has also contributed significantly to my growth, particularly in building confidence in public speaking, developing spontaneity in lesson delivery, and fostering self-reflection to continuously improve my teaching methods. This journey has been a roller coaster of challenges and triumphs, but each moment—whether difficult or rewarding—has been instrumental in shaping me into a more competent and resilient educator.
